Am having trouble with my browser when I click my home page or some webpages I can only go to the Login Page from OII. How can I get that to stop happening?
This happens when your browser caches our webpage. This is an easy fix for Mozzilla browsers or Safari. All you need to do is clear the cache. In Mozzilla you can also set the cache size to 0 so it will not cache any of the pages (sometimes it still will, if this occurs just go back in and clear the cache.

How to clear cached pages
Internet Explorer:
Open your browser click Tools, Internet Options, under the General Tab click Settings Set the Amount of Disk space to 1 MB. Click ok. Click Delete Files (button next to Settings under the general tab). When the hour glass goes away Click ok. You have now cleared the cache in IE.
Mozzilla (Mac and PC):
Open your browser click Tools, Options, then Privacy. Under cache replace the number of KB space with zero and then click clear. The cache will then clear and then click OK. If it happens again, go back in and just click Clear.
Safari (Mac):
Open your browser click File. Click Clear Cache. You will have to do this each time you first use the Mac for the day. We have not found a setting to alter the cache settings for Safari.
