No Login Screen

I cannot get the login screen:

Check to see if you are receiving a good signal from one of our transmitters. What is the name of the SSID (ID Name of the transmitter or AP)? Does it start with the letters oii in the title? (IE oiioffice, oiiwireless, oiiwifi,oiibanyanbeach,oiilittleharbour etc) if it does not, you are not connected to our network (IE MarlinChaser, CoconutTelegraphs, linksys, default etc...) Rescan and try to find us again. Once you do, connect to it. You may have to reboot your computer so as the IP Address (the identification # our transmitters give your computer) can be retrieved. You can try logging in prior to the reboot, but if this problem still exists, reboot and it should refresh all the IP settings.

Check to see if you can not scan for the settings to manually make a profile for the specific name of the AP you were trying to connect to. If you still can not receive signal, call ashore and see if the power is off in the settlement. If it is, just wait for the power to return and you will be able to log on again.
