How To adjust Pop-Up Blocker Settings for services on OII Wireless

You MUST follow these instructions. If you do not, you WILL be bumped offline every few minutes as the Refresh Window will be blocked by the Pop Up Blocker and will be unable to be refreshed from the server and your connection will be terminated.

Internet Explorer Users with Pop-up Blocker:
With IE open, click on Tools. Move the cursor over Pop up Blocker and there will be 2 options. One will be Turn Off Pop Up Blocker Off and the one down will be Pop Up Blocker Settings.

If you wish to turn it off, click the first one, if you want it on, click the Settings.

A window will open and it will have a field to put in a SAFE Pop up site in. Copy and paste this address: https://172.30.0.1 or start to type Https. If you start typing this and the above address appears, select it and click the Add button next to it.

Click Close and resume login.

Mozzilla/Firefox Users:
Click Tools, Options Click Web Features. If you wish to disable Pop-up Blocker uncheck the box at the top. If you wish to enable it, check it and click Ad Site and copy and paste the above address (or type it in Manually) then click ok.
Click ok and resume login.

Safari Users (Mac):
Open Safari and click File. Click Preferances. Under these settings there is a tab (security) for Pop Up Blocker. Uncheck it to disable and if there is a setting to allow certain sites through, follow the steps above for the web page link and insert it.

Google or Yahoo toolbars:
If you have Google, Yahoo or any other toolbars that has a POP UP blocker, we advise you go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and REMOVE the toolbar as the POP UP blocker feature seems to not be able to add our page to the safe list or turn off. Removing them is the only option, and you will not miss them as they are not a nessisary function. As for Norton Internet Security, if yous has POP UP Blocker you will need to add our site to the safe list or turn off the internet security.
