during your trip and also when you plan to return to the Abacos so you are not disappointed.
Do you make 'House Calls to the Cays if I need more than basic tech support?: We do if we can schedule it in.
This is a BILLABLE service and depending on office availablility and staff prior engagements and your location,
there will be a travel fee based on an hourly rate from the time one of our Techs leave the office to the time they return
and if other transportation expenses are needed this will be tacked into the Service call. The hourly rate is currently
$50 per hr + any unforseen travel costs to your location. In accordance to Bahamian Labour Laws, Weekends are Time and
1/2 the regular rate and Holidays are Double Time.
If you can travel to our office from your residence or vessel, in house charges are $25 per hr
and require advance notice
so our office can properly schedule you in so you do not make the trip to our office in vain and at great cost to you.
We only give tech support on the actual internet connection trouble shooting and checking out your equipment. W
e do not offer classes for teaching you how to operate your computer, wordprocessor, or any other Non-internet related
problems you may be experiencing. We recomnend you take your computer to a Computer Store down town Marsh Harbour such as
Computer Creations (367 2004) to have a computer specialist look at it and repair as they have the proper software and
diagnostic equipment to analyze your computer.
