Windows
1.  Turn on the computer
2.  Click on the "Start Menu" and then "Control Panel"


3.  Click on "Network Connections"


4.  Right Click on "Wireless Network Connection" and then left click on "Properties"


5.  Click on the "Wireless Networks" tab


6.  Click on "Add..." as shown to the right


7.  In the "Network Name (SSID):" box, type the ssid of the closest OII access point  (no quotes, all lowercase)

8. In the "Date encryption" drop down menu, change WEP to "none".
9.  Click OK
